The Festival of Lights begins at sundown and I'd like to take this opportunity to wish everyone who is celebrating a very Happy Hanukkah from everyone at The Ink Pad!
This might be the world's simplest Hanukkah card: I used a beautiful Silver Metallic Karin Decobrush Pen to write the word on a nice dark blue gel print made with multiple pulls of Michelle Ward's beautiful NYC Skyline Stencil. I added a black Fudenbiyori shadow and a few extra details with a superfine Micron Pen and a good old white Sakura Gellyroll. The candle flames which give the idea of a Menorah are a simple teardrop punch, on Idea-Ology Metallic Cardstock, but could easily be replaced with diecuts or gems... or even left off completely.
Whether you are celebrating Hanukkah, Solstice, Kwanzaa, Christmas or New Year, The Ink Pad has everything you need to make a few last minute cards!
wishes you the very
happiest of holidays!
