Ok, sorry about the diabolical pun, but if you've got a card that features Michelle Ward's beautiful Dance Line Stamp Set, designed exclusively for The Ink Pad, it's kind of hard to resist!
I love that this set features two different dance lines, a couple of beautiful art deco details and also some "every day occasion" greetings, all of which are very useful!
Since I wanted the silhouetted image of the dancers to show up strongly, I used coordinating shades of VersaFine Clair Ink through the Downtown NYC Map Stencil with my trusty Picket Fence Studio Blender Brushes on top of a blue and lilac gel print, so that you see the pattern in the background, but it's fairly subtle.
To fit in with the glamorous vibe of the dancers, I matted all of my panels of my A7 card on glossy black cardstock and embellished with Eyelet Outlet Pearl Swirls. I even used my Crop-A-Dile to add some old school metallic eyelets at the corners, and threaded silver cord to make an elegant border around the edge.
You can find all of the ingredients for this card... (plus lots more treasures!) ...at The Ink Pad's Seventh Avenue store or The Ink Pad Online!
is a very big fan of
