Nothing captures the joy of winter weather quite as well as a snow globe, and arguably nobody makes a cuter or more useful snow globe set for cardmakers than Lawn Fawn's Snow Globe Scenes, available at The Ink Pad.
For this card, I've used the Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set without the Matching Dies, because I wanted to paper piece the elements using Lawn Fawns Let it Shine Petite Paper Pack. I stamped the snow globe on the blue patterned paper and cut out neatly around it. I stamped it again on the dark pink and cut just the base, which I adhered to the blue snow globe. Then I stamped the car scene once on plain white cardstock, colored it in with my Tombow Dualbrush Pens, and fussy cut. I stamped the same scene a second time on the white patterned paper, which I trimmed to fit the snow globe, and added the colored-in car on foam tape for a little dimension. There is also a cute Shaker Add-On Die Set which (as the name implies, lol!) lets you make the the snow globe into an adorable little shaker ornament.
One thing I know for sure is that SNOW is much more fun in snow globes than it is in real life!!!
loves making snow cards
as much as she
hates driving in snow!
