Brand new to The Ink Pad: Sixteen varieties of Appree Pressed Flower Stickers, which look exactly like dried flowers, without any of the mess. Perfect for journals, planners, scrapbooks or... as you'll see in a minute... cards!
There are a total of sixteen (16!) beautiful varieties, including: Gypsophila, Eucalyptus, Bracken, Marguerite, Forget-Me-Not, Lavender, Geranium, Manchurian Violet, Larkspur, Calendula, Mini Rose, Globe Amaranth, Rapeseed Flower, Cherry Blossom, Big Leaf Hydrangea and Mimosa. I've used five (Mini Rose, Violet, Rapeseed, Eucalyptus and Bracken) and I adore how very realistic these are: I was honestly surprised, when I took them out of the packet, to find that they were entirely flat!
I affixed my flowers to some semi-translucent vellum. We have two varieties in the shop: TIP Clear Vellum and this slightly lighter weight Vellum Paper; both are slightly white-ish, but nicely translucent; which is wonderful if you've made an eclectic background using most of a sheet of Tim Holtz's "Specimen" Remnant Rubs. And how awesome is that set of Hero Arts' Postage Infinity Dies? I have hardly scratched the surface of what could be done with those (frames? shaker cards?!) but just being able to layer postage shapes is already pretty cool.
Something else that is brand new to The Ink Pad's Online Store is the fabulous SALE section, which is full of amazing items you may have missed. This section has limited quantities, but... we'll be adding new things fairly regularly, so you'll want to bookmark it and check back often.
