What do you get when you combine PaperGame's awesome collection of "Boy" stickers with Everyday Explorers Co. "School Days" stamp set? Possibly a card which looks a bit like this:
Like a lot of the Everyday Explorers Co stamps, the School Days set is absolutely outstanding for use in planners and bullet journals, but I had the feeling I could make a pretty good card background, as well; and I stand by that decision. I used the MISTI to "lay out" the stamps, which I used in three configurations, each with a different ink. On the graph paper background I stamped in Sky Blue Archival. For the yellow lined paper I did one set in Barn Door Distress Ink; then switched to Memento Tuxedo Black... I also used the latter to stamp a few extra shapes on a Manila Tag to fussy cut.
My top layer is regular old lined notebook paper with a torn piece of dictionary paper layered on top, and three of the boy stickers, plus a couple of accessories clustered in the center. Since I was working with the "school" theme I chose three boys who happened to be holding books, but there's a lot more variation in the set.
I inked around the edges of each layer and added some MT Washi to the lower part of the yellow ruled layer. I attached pretty much everything with foam tape for a little extra dimension.
