Hero Arts' Bold Prints cover stamps are 6" squares, which means you really don't need very much else to finish a nice big card! This one is called Christmas Rose and it's from The Ink Pad of course!
I stamped (using my MISTI, because it's a BIG stamp!) Christmas Rose in Versamark Clear and embossed with WOW Opaque Bright White on green cardstock. Then I used a cool technique that was demonstrated by Hero Arts at The Collins Virtual Trade Show in September: I colored each flower with a light and dark shade of Prismacolor Pencil, then used a white pencil to blend the colors. Something else I learned from the same source is that you can choose just to color some of the flowers... so you have a cascade of color that moves across the card.
The beautiful two part sentiment, "Holly Jolly" is from Avery Elle's Jingle Stamp Set and is also white embossed. I had planned to use a white square card base, but I happened to set the floral panel down on a piece of kraft that was on my work table and I loved the soft contrast it gave, so I changed plans!
There is plenty more Hero Arts and Avery Elle goodness available both instore and at The Ink Pad Online.
