I love alphabet stamps and stencils, and I especially love when they line up with the "H" and the "I" next to each other so you can feature them together, or HI-light them, so to speak. Such is the case with Tim Holtz's Mini Layering Stencil Set #29, from The Ink Pad.
I decided a card like this needs a person to be saying, "HI"; so I grabbed my nearly depleted pack of Papergame Boy Stickers, which luckily still had some really cute stickers left. I made backgrounds with a few coordinating colors of Distress Oxide Inks (Chipped Sapphire, Speckled Egg, Hickory Smoke, Old Paper and Crushed Olive, to be exact) and cut the panels to size. Another panel uses the circles stencil, also from Set #29, which I tore strategically so I could use it on both cards.
I used 10th Anniversary Noble Note Tape in Turquoise and MT's Cup of Therapy Washi (designed by Matti Pikkujamsa) to make larger backgrounds which I mounted on one A6 card, and one that's just a smidge bigger.
I hope you'll be inspired to check out some of the wonderful alphabet stamps, stickers, dies and stencils at The Ink Pad!
